Types of Inspections
Pre‐Production Inspection
Pre‐Production Inspection also known as a “First Article Inspection Service” is a process of verifying that the production process produces goods that accurately meet the design and specification requirements. It may involve testing one or more samples from the first production run and comparing them to the specifications.
In‐Line Inspection
In‐Line Inspection check the production quality during the early stages of production meets the customer requirements. This way, any defects can be fixed early in the cycle, avoiding costly delays and rework.
Final Random Inspection
Final Random Inspection are a very effective for checking the quality level of the whole shipment. They usually require that the production is 100% completed and that at least 80% of the goods packed into cartons. The samples that are inspected are randomly selected according to the AQL Standard, which is a statistical method of determining the acceptable quality level of a product. Each product has different features and functions, and therefore, different types of defects that can occur during the manufacturing process. Our inspections are performed using specific criteria based on the product and other important information. These criteria help us to identify and classify the defects, and to determine whether the product meets the customer’s requirements and expectations.
Factory Evaluation & Audit
We have expertise and experience in auditing supplier’s facilities, production capacity, management system, and operating procedures. This ensures that they supplier selected is suitable and can meet that quality specifications and requirements. We start with the supplier completing a Factory Evaluation questionnaire and setting a date of the actual audit. Our team will verify the compliance with the information in the filled questionnaire, and report any non‐conformities or discrepancies, which must be addressed by a specified date.
